Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), known as the "King of Plastics," is a crystalline polymer with exceptional properties, formed through free-radical polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It boasts a high melting point of 327°C and exhibits extremely high viscosity when molten (reaching 1010 Pa·s at 380°C), making direct molding and processing quite challenging. PTFE has a density range of 2.13 to 2.19 g/cm³, demonstrating outstanding chemical stability. Its dielectric constant remains stable at 2.1, with low loss factor, enabling it to maintain performance across a wide range of temperatures and frequencies.

2. Q: Does PTFE product support customized processing? What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Yes, we support OEM and sample customization, and can process parts of specific shapes and sizes according to drawings or requirements. The minimum order quantity is usually 500M or determined through negotiation based on the product type.
